Purpose: Since the membership database is often updated by staff in different departments, it is not unusual, over time, to find duplicate Firms file maintenance records for the same firm. This report compares each record in the Firms table against other records in the same table. It groups all firms which have the same name and searches for potential duplicates by comparing for matching characters in the address or phone number, etc.

Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
Note: This is a system maintenance report and should be run periodically (for small associations quarterly may be sufficient but for large associates this report may need to be run monthly).
