Purpose: Many fields in file maintenance appear on-screen as full names or phrases, such as General Business, Specific Business, Chapter, and Mailing Lists. Actually, the data in the table is a one, two, or three character code. These codes and descriptions are linked via a system code definitions table. Sometimes, these codes and definitions fall out of synchronization, leaving “orphaned” codes in the tables. This report lists records in the Firms table that have invalid codes.

Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open. There are no options on this report.
Note: This report is a maintenance report that should be run on a monthly basis.
