Purpose: Provides a valuable method for reviewing historical member retention. The report can be run for a 3, 5, or 10 year time frame starting with a selected month ending date. For each year the report shows how many members joined and the number that terminate in successive years. The statistics are based on current member status, original join date and last termination dates so reinstatements are not accounted for.

Listed for each year is the total number joined, count of terminated / resigned for each year since joining, percentage of the total joined for that year that are not currently members, cumulative percentage, and total terminated / resigned for that join year.
