Purpose: This report allows you to print nametags for event registrants, leaders, guests, and exhibitor employees. The report layout is customized for each association. You can also export the data in various formats (ie.. CDT, CSV, DBF, XLS, XLSX, MDB) for uses in a third party product.
Launch Point: This report can be launched from the following location(s):
• Events → Reports → Registrations →
• Names → File Maintenance → Reports Drop-Down Menu →
Note: When run from the reports drop-down menu step 2 will be set to One Selected Person. So you need to have the Names file maintenance record to work with open prior to launching the report.
• Events → File Maintenance → Registrations Tab → Context Menu on Registrant Grid →
Note: The relevant registrant needs to highlighted in the grid before you right-click to bring up the context menu
Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
includes options for registrations on or after a specified date, event to print (one event, event date range, one selected person, or standard names selection criteria), who to output tags for (registrants only, leaders only, registrants and leaders, guests, one tag per guest without company, or linked exhibitor employees), and all or one session (for conferences).
