Purpose: To post dues billings to active members who do not yet have a dues billing for the current dues year. Applicants can also be included if desired.

This routine scans the Names file for new members who have not already been billed for dues for the current dues year. It then posts pro-rated dues to these members based on the month you select in the Prorate Dues as of field. If you want to post dues to applicants, check the box for Include Applicants. As in the Post Annual Dues routine, the member’s billing class is referenced against the dues rate table in order to post the appropriate dollar amount.
