Purpose: To have the system re-calculate the current registration counts on events.

Example: When the routine is launched a confirmation message will appear
Registration counts for current registrations, wait lists, and no-shows, are automatically maintained for each event in the events master file. They are automatically updated whenever registrations, cancellations, and post-attendance updates are posted. In the rare event of a system crash or error, these numbers may become out of sync. In that case, this routine can be used to automatically review all records and "re-synchronize" the data in the master file with the actual registrations.
