Purpose: Use the selection file records for the new committee year and either add a new record or edit an existing committee member record.
Launch Point: This routine can be launched from the following location(s):
• Committees → Routines → Selection Process →
Example: When the routine is launched a window will open
Select which records in the committee selection file you want to work with.
When you select One Committee Type you will be required to select the committee type to work with.
When you select One Committee you will be required to select the committee to work with.
When you select One Committee (override committee term) you will be required to select the committee to work with as well as the term begin and end dates. All records for the selected committee in the selection file will have their term begin and end dates changed to the dates input here.
Click OK and the committee member and position records will be updated according to the data in the selection file. Once this routine has completed you will see the new year’s information in the committee module and the records in the selection file will be flagged so they cannot be accessed again.
