Bundle

 

Purpose:  The Bundle tab will only be active for those events where the Status field on the Name tab is set to Bundle. Events in the bundle are added/deleted from this tab and displays the events included in the bundle.

 

Note: Certain types of events can’t or should not be included in a bundle event. Events with sessions set to calculate credits from sessions or with session fees, AICPA discount, print or e-material fees, or any other special fee. Registration into the events in the bundle ONLY applies a bundle fee which the system calculates from the net fees on the bundle event and the number of credits on the events in the bundle. NO OTHER FEES are applied.

 

Note: The bundle event should have no credits, all credits for the registrant will come from the events in the bundle.

The Bundle Contents grid displays events in the bundle.

To link an event as being part of the bundle, click the Add Link button above the grid.

 

This will open the Find an Event search screen which allows you to search the Events table.

Note: The search is filtered to include events with Status of scheduled or self-study, exclude Code passport, passlite, or coupon, and Sessions set to yes when Calculate Sessions is checked or any sessions have session fees. The search only includes future events.

 

If there are current registrations in the bundle event, when you click the Add Link button, the above message is shown. The Find an Event search screen will open when OK is clicked.

 

When the Delete Link button above the grid is clicked, the user will be asked to confirm the deletion in the above pop-up window.

 

Note: Changes to the Bundle tab are tracked on the Events History tab.
