Purpose: The Catalog tab tracks “catalog” information. This information can be used in a printed and/or on-line catalog.
Launch Point: This tab can be launched from:

Web URL: If you want to reference a specific page in your association website that has more information on this product
list the address here (ie..http://www.cpa.com/bfa).
Web Link: This field can be used to track additional links for the product such as the website for the vendor.
Vendor Code 1: Code assigned by vendor.
Vendor Code 2: Second code assigned by vendor, if applicable.
The sub-tabs are memo fields that hold the various copy for a product listing in a “catalog”. All of these fields allow for WYSIWYG editing of HTML text.
Note: If you want to use HTML instead of plain text on any of these description fields see the Use HTML formatting on listings in the Products HTML area of System Preferences.
Marketing Copy: The marketing copy for this product.
Designed: A description of what the product is designed to accomplish.
Objectives: The objectives that are to be met by this product.
Major Subjects: The major subjects covered by this product.
Prerequisites: What prerequisites, if any, are required for this product.
Advanced Prep: Any advanced preparation needed for this product.
Miscellaneous: Any additional information about the product.
Keywords: If you are listing the product on a website this field can be used to facilitate a “keyword” search on products. Entry can be done from a pre-defined list of entries, free form text, or a combination of the two.
Confirmation: Text can be entered related to confirmation of product purchase.
Testimonials: Customer testimonials for this product.
About the Author: Information about the author of the product.
Related Products: Information on related products.
