Purpose: To add a new committee meeting using an existing committee meeting.
Launch Point: This routine can be launched from the following location(s):
•Committees à File Maintenance à Meetings Tab à
à Right-click relevant meeting row in Committee Meeting History grid to call up Context menu à
Example: When the routine is launched a window will open
When the routine is launched a new record is added and put in edit mode.
Information from the meeting being copied will be shown. You can update the data as needed.
When all the needed information has been entered, click Save to create the new promotion.
