Exhibit

 

Purpose:  The Exhibit tab holds information about firms who are, or have been, an exhibitor for the association. The tab has three sub-tabs described below.

 

Launch Point:  This tab can be launched from:

 

      Firms → File Maintenance →

 

Example:

 

The fields on the Exhibit tab are controlled by the in-place buttons in the lower left of the window.

 

If there is no existing data on the tab you will need to use the in-place Add button to activate the record. This will enable the fields on the tab. Enter the needed information and click the in-place Save button.

 

Once there is data on the tab, to edit click the in-place Edit button. This will enable the fields on this tab. Make changes as needed and click the in-place Save button.

 

To delete a firm as an exhibitor, click the in-place Delete button. When the in-place Delete button is clicked, the user will be asked to confirm deletion in the following pop-up window: 

 

 

Contact Information

 

Contact Name and Address:  This field is a link to the Names table. The main contact at the firm related to being an exhibitor.

 

Direct Phone (contact):  The main contact’s direct phone number.

 

Direct Email (contact):  The main contact’s direct email address.

 

Emergency Name and Address:  This field is a link to the Names table. The person to contact at the firm in case of an emergency related to being an exhibitor.

 

Direct Phone (emergency):  The emergency contact’s direct phone number.

 

Direct Email (emergency):   The emergency contact’s direct email address.

 

Third Contact Name and Address:  This field is a link to the Names table. An additional contact at the firm related to being an exhibitor.

 

Direct Phone (third contact):  Direct phone number for this additional contact.

 

Direct Email (third contact):  Direct email address for this additional contact.

 

Fourth Contact Name and Address:  This field is a link to the Names table. An additional contact at the firm related to being an exhibitor.

 

Direct Phone (fourth contact):  Direct phone number for this additional contact.

 

Direct Email (fourth contact):  Direct email address for this additional contact.

 

Year:  The most recent year that the firm is/was an exhibitor.

 

Status:  The current status of this exhibitor. The list in this field is user-defined.

 

General Information

 

Type of Products Sold:  A list box to show all of the types of products that exhibitor sells. The list in this field is user-defined.

 

Exhibitor Type:  A list box to show all of the exhibitor types. The list in this field is user-defined.

 

Other:  The list in this field is user-defined.

 

Events Interested in Exhibiting at:  A list box to show all of the events that the exhibitor would like to be present at. Available list is generated from the event master file.

 

Notes:  A memo field to track any other information needed about the exhibitor.

 

Record Added/By:  The date and user initials of when the firm was added as an exhibitor

 

Record Updated/By:  The date and user initials of the last update to the exhibitor information.

 

Assignments

 

The Assignments sub-tab shows events this firm is assigned to.
