Purpose: In theory, whenever a dues account is inactivated, or a member is terminated, the dues balance should be written-down to zero. This report lists all accounts which have any balance (plus or minus) other than zero, but where the dues account status is inactive, or the member has been terminated.

Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open. There are no options on this report.
