Display dues past due message in Names file maintenance, event registration, and product sale when:  Specify when you would like the system to display a message showing the number of days and balance due amount for dues. Select if you want the message or at how many days past due for the message to appear.

Do not display dues past due message for members with a dues Account Status of Payment Plan:  Check this box if you want members with a dues account status of payment plan to be excluded from being shown the dues past due message.

Minimum incremental search character count:  Set to the minimum number of characters required before the names incremental search results are displayed. Must be set between 1 and 4. Setting this to 1 may have a detrimental impact on the system performance if you have more then 2,000 records in this module. 2 is the recommended setting.

Use HTML formatting on the Biography field of the Leader tab: When this preference is set the Biography field on the Leader tab in Names file maintenance will be an HTML field instead of a plain text field.

HigherLogic cutoff date for community login: The date after which a member who has not paid dues can no longer login to the HigherLogic community site. This preference relates to functionality that has to be added to your associations HigherLogic integration by CDS. If you would like to use this function, please contact CDS.
