Purpose: Creates a data file for use in a mail merge document that includes those whose subscription expires within the specified date range. The resulting data can be exported to various file types (ie.. XLS, XLSX, DBF, CDT, CSV, MDB).

Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
Includes options for expiration date range, address option, sort order, salutation, and exclude/include subscription services.
