The dues rates table stores all the annual and pro-rated dues amounts for each billing class so that the system knows how much to bill each member. Your suggested contribution amounts can also be stored here to facilitate in the payment process. The amounts can be modified in the grid as dues rates change from year to year.
Note: The Dues column is for the annual dues amount. Each of the 12 months should be set to the pro-rated amount that would be charged to any new member who joined in that month.
