Purpose: This report is grouped by company, division, vendor, and then product code. For each product the general ledger account number, gross sales (count and amount), returns (count and amount), net sales, a cost analysis (estimated vs. actual, and total cost), and the resulting gross margin are listed for the specified transaction date range. For associations that enter a cost on products this can be used as a Profit and Loss statement.
