Purpose: Allows for viewing, printing or exporting of saved criteria for a specific module.

The grid will show saved criteria, for that module, you have access to run.
Note: Saved criteria added by another user that has a security of private read/private edit will not be shown since you do not have access to run those saved criteria.
The grid is grouped by saved criteria. The parent rows display information about the saved criteria.
Click on the plus sign to the left of the saved criteria row to see the child rows detailing the criterion for that saved criteria.
There are child groupings for each criteria set and one child detail row for each field in the set. The child detail rows show the table, field, condition and details for that field.
Above the grid is a filter row. This allows you to filter the display on any field in the parent row of the grid. In the example above, “Membership” was selected from the Category drop down list. This limited the records already displayed in the grid, to those which have a category of “Membership”. You can also type text into the filter row. This will limit the records already displayed in the grid, to those which start with the text entered. To clear the display filter, click the remove filter icon in the right of the field in the filter row.
To print a report of the saved criteria use the Print button in the lower right of the window. Click the down arrow on the right of the Print button to open the drop-down list. The options in the drop-down menu are Selected Criteria and All Displayed Criteria. To print one saved criteria first highlight the criteria in the grid then select Selected Criteria. Select All Displayed Criteria to print all the saved criteria shown in the grid.
In the upper right of the window is an Export button. To export to excel click the down arrow on the Export button and select either Excel 2007 (.xlsx) or Excel 2000/2002/XP/2003 (.xls) from the list. All of the criteria displayed in the grid will be exported.
