The Dashboard Designer allows you to change the sort order of values within a dashboard item easily. You can also enable sorting by parameter values.
The sort order of dimension values is indicated with an arrow on the left-hand edge of the data item box. The default sort direction is ascending. You can change the sorting to a descending sort by clicking on the directional arrow or by clicking the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the item box and choosing “Sort Descending.”
Dashboard allows you to sort dimension values by summary values calculated for a specific measure, including hidden measures.
To enable sorting by measure in the Designer, use the Sort by submenu in the dimension's menu.
