Vendor Orders (Self Study)

 

Purpose:  This report is used by associations to notify a vendor that one or more items have been ordered and need to be drop-shipped to the customer. The report format is customized for each association.

 

Launch Point:  This report can be launched from the following location(s):

 

      Products → Reports → Other →

 

Example:  When the report is launched the report wizard will open

 

 

The customized report format can include association information (name, address, contact numbers, and the name of an association contact), vendor information (name and address), customer information (name and ‘ship to’ address for drop shipment), and product information (order number, order date, product code and description, price, discount, quantity ordered, extended total, and shipping).
