Purpose: Lists the general ledger journal entries for the specified period(s). It uses the same programming as the Journal Entries Create Automatic routine and can be used to check the transactions for the period prior to exporting and/or flagging the period as closed.
Launch Point: This report can be launched from the following location(s):
•Utilities → Reports → General Ledger Journal Entries →
Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
Output is grouped by general ledger account period and shows account description, account code, debit amount, credit amount, name and ID of person or firm transaction linked to, and description of transaction. There is a total debit and credit given for each general ledger account as well as grand totals for the entire report.
