Purpose: Creates a data file containing the individuals name, phone and fax. The selection criteria allows you to determine which records are included. The generated file can be used in an outside broadcast fax application.
Launch Point: This report can be launched from the following location(s):

Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
If the Commerce Fax box is checked then only those names that match the criteria and also have a commerce fax number (found on the Data tab in Names file maintenance) will be selected and the individual’s commerce fax number is exported. If the Commerce Fax box is unchecked then all records matching the criteria with either a direct firm fax, commerce fax, or general firm fax are selected. The fax number that is outputted is taken in the same order (direct firm, individual commerce, then general firm).
