Purpose: The Log tab in Names file maintenance allows tracking of letters, phone calls, complaints, or any other contact the association has had with a particular individual. This report lists the log entries from Names file maintenance.
Launch Point: This report can be launched from the following location(s):
• Names → Reports → Other →
Example: When the report is launched the report wizard will open
The report can be run for all persons, one person, or those specified using selection criteria. The report lists the log entries, along with the individual's name, id, and membership status, the date the log entry was made, and the initials of the staff person who made the entry.
