Roster

 

Purpose:  This report lists basic data for a specified group of individuals using the selection criteria, and can be run in a Standard or Names and Addresses format.

 

Launch Point:  This report can be launched from the following location(s):

 

      Names → Reports → Roster →

 

Example:  When the report is launched the report wizard will open

 

 

The Standard Roster lists name, ID#, certification status and number, e-mail, chapter designation, home and office addresses, plus phone and fax numbers. The Names and Address Roster is more abbreviated, and includes only the primary contact information. Both versions include record counts at the end of the report. Individuals to be included can be specified using the selection criteria.
