Purpose: The Marketing tab displays the promotion communications a person has received. Only those promotion communications that utilized the record promotion functionality in the report wizard are tracked on this tab.

Promotion History
The Promotion History grid displays promotions sent to this individual. If a communication was not actually received by the person, such as when mail is returned undelivered, the record can be deleted for the individual.
To delete a promotion communication record first highlight the desired record in the Promotion History grid. Then click the in-place Delete button. When the in-place Delete button is clicked, the user will be asked to confirm deletion in the following pop-up window:
